I worked many things of my previous organization like time management, punctuation etc. My previous organization work environment is very good.

Work Details

I was cashier in my previous organization. Handling Bill receivable, Bill payable, bank reconciliation, cheque deposited and bank payments, purchase and sales entries, journal entries, gst and tds working, preparing of balance confirmation.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
