The Manager's are really supporting. A great organization for a fresher to learn from the basics. All site Expenses are cleared timely we don't have to pay if we are going for official work.

A little bit lack of management of projects. If managed properly the project will be early commissioned. And keeps you on a single project till it if Fully completed. Even if it requires 2-3 years to complete the project.
