Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. The Manager's are really supporting. A great organization for a fresher to learn from the basics. All site Expenses are cleared timely we don't have to pay if we are going for official work.

A little bit lack of management of projects. If managed properly the project will be early commissioned. And keeps you on a single project till it if Fully completed. Even if it requires 2-3 years to complete the project.
