Good work life balance {Sometimes it becomes haptic when their is a critical release} Flexible work timing You can learn many new things and can suggest to implement {You will be heard} Everyone is very supportive

Very bad work culture. Hire n Fire Laid off 20 people n asked them side furlough with just 15 days salary just before appraisal month of July For rest employees cut 25 to 50 percent of salary with back date. Amit Purohit and Sumit jha has filled the company with relatives. Both are very abusive and ask people to work in all weekends They give time line of work including weekends
