Slightly need to improve the cleanliness all around. As it's a production company, so we all do understand that maintaining the cleanliness is not always possible. But we all individual can take take the initiative for it.

Good learning ability and good for starting career in autombile industry but growth rate is not upto date so after getting expirence search for much better option.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
