Likes

Good working and experience and environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Skill development - Good
Promotions - Good
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
