There is no job security, Too much new hiring & layoffs, Work flow management is poor, Too much corporate politics, No provision of basic amenities like Workplace, system( computer/laptop), pantry area, congested seating environment. Company is not goal driven which leads to employee's always over loaded but at the end there is no outcome.
