Being a business Development person for over 2 years , I understand the vulnerability of this job profile. Sometimes , the work gets monotonous so much so that we need refreshment . Luckily ,the team at sunstone is as energetic as it can be ! It's fun to be working here. Learning has been great and that is the best part of being employed here. One thing is for sure - if you're working well , you'll be recognized and appreciated . Extra bonuses are also given to people who work really hard. I needed to go to schools and tuition centres sometimes to explain the service provided at Sunstone, career opportunities and placements based on courses. It was hard going from school to school and doing this on a daily basis. So, upon my request, they actually made arrangements and made it easier for me to travel in the city within work hours.

Dislikes

They are quite adamant about work to be completed on the same day it was assigned. Well, this isn’t possible every day. So I just wish that they could ease off a little bit in this matter.
