1.) Team mates are very supportive. 2.) They have good policies of TA_DA. 3.) They have good policies of leaves.

1.) HR Policies are not good. 2.) You have to pay gross salary instead of Basic in case of serving short notice period. 3.) You will not get 6 Months performance pay after resigning. 4.) They hold your full salary for (notice period duration) plus the existing month in which you have resigned.
