Only business oriented, no focus on children.

Dislikes

Salary given after 22 of next month and even late..... if asked they will boast that its only 22 we are on time and will give salary on 25 or even 28.....no shame.... Any given time they can put a stayback of countless hours without pior info.

The systematic approach being used in institution and support from seniors is impeccable. You will be helped in development of your skills as well. I have learnt so much from my fellow ielts trainers (2022)

I still don't know if there is any way where a person can move upwards in company hierarchy.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
