It's a very bad company to work for, I wouldn't recommend anyone to apply, and work there at all. It's the worst experience I've ever had, working for this company. HR periodically collected feedback from me and do a sham/bogus investigation just make me believe that they are working on it . Now it's been 3 years, never felt any changes there. When I informed HR about my resignation, He offered me a good hike in salary and incentives from the next financial year, and never happened that.
