It's a very bad company to work for, I wouldn't recommend anyone to apply, and work there at all. It's the worst experience I've ever had, working for this company. HR periodically collected feedback from me and do a sham/bogus investigation just make me believe that they are working on it . Now it's been 3 years, never felt any changes there. When I informed HR about my resignation, He offered me a good hike in salary and incentives from the next financial year, and never happened that. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
