Mostly i like the training and teamwork efforts given by the seniors to their subordinates during work in the office

Basically there were some loopholes in communication to the top management not everyone in the office can present their views satisfaction ally to the top level management . There was not much work life balance because of some hurdles in working time period

SAE do not gives bonus to employee's,but sunmax is a cash ritch company. In Sunmax, increment depends on the mood of M. D. Job security is nil.
