Dear Ex Colleague , We thank you for your feedback , We regret for your inconvinience and bad experience, There was no appraisal for anyone in Year 2020-21, Since Being into Manufacturing and COVID situation , Hope you will acknowledge , that Everyone was paid in time During the Covid Shutdown during lockdown period, while factory was shut for two months, While a 10-30% of Salary was done based on Salary Structure , That was also Normalised in less than an year, An organization cannot do an acception for an individual in Terms of appraisal However We hope you will also acknowledge that no one was releived or Offloaded during that year and Salary was paid on time even in shutdown and other issues.
