It's a TVS group company represented by me was a remarkable for me. But I was unable to feel such atmosphere here ( east zone ). Product line was very good but internal marketing policies was not rational it was varry man to man. Co's mis systemnwas excellent . HO persons was very cooperative

Few higher level person has made a lobby with few same interests corrupted persons. Whatever they have done no matter but other persons always in pressure, no job security for them, they removed from job by verbally by pressure with lot of excuses. Higher person used to take ingormation about Branch Manager from a lower level stuff.HO manpower retention policy is very good but locally ( east zone ) don't care for any policy. I believe these person s not working for organization TVS goodwill has detorating in market day by day, requesting management to make survey on that immediately. Until or unless these 1 - 3 persons will not removed truth will not come on front. THEY ALLOW TO MANUPULATE STOCK I OBJECT ON THAT THAT'S WHY IM AM NOT IN THIS ORGANIZATION....Read More
