For sugar unit it's very wrost condition miss management. Production manager acting as MD. No transportation, no food, no snacks,tea even sometimes drinking water not available. No proper office HR not present at plant. GM handle all operations he is from sale's background. He don't have knowledge how to run plant. No weekly off timely leaves also decline.
