Only the team i worked in was good and coordination between few departments was also good.

They hardly pay incentives and incentives are not paid on time.

I was in sales in Bangalore. They promis to pay incentives but no one knows how much and When you will get paid. There is no employee engagement programs. There is absolutely no learning here.

1. Managers are very rude and bossy in nature, they can easily insult you in any situation. 2. This is a lala Company, whatever director say it's final. 3. No job security is there, easily they can terminate you without any proper reason. 4. No work culture and work life balance is there specially in finance department. 5. I have put all 7 days working since all Saturday's working are there so to operate business on Sunday is not a big problem for these type of companies....Read More
