This company works like an inverted pyramid where all work from top management always falls on shoulders of juniors (executive to deputy managers) in this inverted pyramid the cone are juniors. Here only targets are given and seniors never help on any projects. In summer raigad becomes very hot and humid so seniors (manager, sr manager, DGM etc) sits in luxury of air conditioner, give orders and take only follow-up on hourly basis. In this company number of people taking followup are more then number of people actually working on field and getting their hands dirty. They never give guidance on project execution and most of the time they are clueless on what to do, leaving the juniors confused and frustrated. Here senior management of manufacturing sites have become like a post man job, here top management vision and decision is simply dumped into juniors without any value addition and expectation is that the juniors will do miracle to turn vision into reality. Juniors are forced to do all works of seniors like excel sheet, ppt,planning etc ,this work juniors have to do apart from their regular job. Due to this junior are not able to do their job properly and then they are again blamed for poor performance....Read More

Dislikes

Working in sudarshan is like roving a boat. Say there are are 10 people. In these 10 people only 1 guy(junior) is peddling and rest of 9 guy are taking follow-up from the guy who is peddling using all his strength. They notice that other boats are moving fast and our boat is moving slow. Then these 9 guys make fancy presentation on excel sheet and ppt and use statistical method to prove that 1 guy (junior) has poor performance. Then lot of meetings are held and they conclude that we need to hire another management guy in the boat to improve performance of the guy who's peddling....Read More
