Nothing. Frustration started in the forst week of joining. Only money. If interested in money and not mental peace. Join SP. They'll play with your mental peace.

So many things. Internal politics Manager is interested only in people who flatters her. Hell lot of favouritism No work flexibilities. Worst company culture. Even the VP is someone who will not listen to you.
