Work environment has deteriorated over time, company culture maybe is the only positive I can think of.

Can write an article in this section but would summarize in a few points- Low salary High attrition while hiring is frozen since last six months Management's good at daydreaming but ineffective in understanding what is the need of the hour Everyone I know at my level here feels miserable and ready to move out, in its current form this organisation is a graveyard for talent.

Work Details

Work life is good, you can come to office till 11am and leave by 6pm is there's nothing to be delivered some days you are expected to stay till 7-8pm especially at month end where Ops staff would come even on Saturday and Sundays

I like the company culture and everyone is very helpful with great opportunity to learn in various department. Flexibility to change department after a year
