to improve the work environment and made some much more team discussion,need some open transparent to internal activities,i am ok with company policy and culture

management politics are less but communication issues is there.salary is good but skill development and improvement classes not done.

the job is quite interesting.i struggled,now i am a beginner and also there was no formal training session.i learning everything on the job. they are support and they allow to play in the team.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
