Once upon a time the company was highest growth oriented company run my Mr. M. A. Gaffar. Mr. M A Gaffar is highly dynamic leader with growth mindset. I had worked under Mr.Garish Malik for 2 years in Delhi. Mr. Girish Were the director of northern operation. He was highly focused and planned professional, I had learnt a lot under him. Company is having high quality products in their product folio. Only setback of company was low efficiency product management team. Salaries are less than market same time pressure is also less than market. All decisions made in Hyderabad office and implemented on branch offices.
