A. Delay in Salary B. 6 days work week Z. 2 Years bond. And if Live before contract period, you have to pay 1 month salary. And you won't be given experience letter. C. 2 days per month leave. D. Will cancel Company holiday any time example 23 Oct 2022 company holiday holiday was cancelled qt the last moment. E. Can declare Sundayas company holiday example 1 jan 2023 was declared company holiday. F. There is only Either Java or PostgrSQL Skill which is expected from a Developer here. Rest all skills need is outsourced, thus no learning other than SQL. All the frontend needs is outsourced. And in name of backend you will be asked to work on PL/SQL. G. Don't join this company if you want to learn and grow. H. Most of the employees here are someone who had no better options. All employees are like Majboori me join kiya. I.
