Good work environment, currently WFH is going on due to the pandemic. Teammates are supportive and management is also transparent. They offer good appraisal and provide bonus every year. What's best in this company is that you get your salary in time.

Dislikes

Career growth is one of major issue in this company since they won't promote you real soon. You will get the hike in salary though each year.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
