Stones2milestones started like a dream. However, over the next few months it turned into a nightmare for me. I constantly faced biased behaviour towards me by the AVP and others. There was no work life balance because the work was a lot. In the end even that was blamed on us, for having bad productivity. Whereas I was working hard and smart. Salary was very poor, inspite of my various attempts, I was ignored. There are a lot of politics in the company. You can not grow if you don't build connections. In layman's language, if you are career oriented, want to grow, have salary satisfaction, work life balance and healthy work environment. This is not the place for you, please don't think about it. Towards the end I was removed for having an opinion and speaking up. Even after giving back to back projects and doing my work with authenticity and whole heartedly....Read More

The only good thing was the location, hygiene and the office space.
Beyond the superficial aspects, the experience was quite overwhelmingly negative - marred by systematic dysfunction and exploitation. Initially hired at an entry-level capacity, I was quickly burdened with responsibilities far exceeding the scope of my role, akin to that of an AVP. This delegation was not motivated by a strategic talent development plan - to help me grow within the organisation, but rather a glaring absence of a suitable personnel for that role (because they are expensive) and because the top management had a Master's degree in exploitation from *insert an Ivy League equivalent school where they spent just a week*. Compounding matters, my compensation fell egregiously below industry standards, rendering basic necessities such as housing in Gurgaon - a prerequisite arbitrarily imposed by the Co-founder - unattainable. This blatant discrepancy for fair compensation only underscored the callous disregard for employee wellfare pervasive within the organisation. During my time, I experienced profound dissatisfaction and enduring hardships, sentiments echoed by numerous colleagues subjected to the oppressive and evidently biased practices of Mr. Saraf and Mr. Gadia. Working there felt like an uphill battle, with little acknowledgement or reward for our efforts. The tyrannical atmosphere fostered by top management's exploitative tactics made each day a struggle for survival. Some concerning red flags etched in my mind: - Women were routinely staying at the office until late hours, often alone, solely to meet unrealistic demands for perfection and immediate results. - Inclusive and diverse policies were non-existent, evidenced by the prevalence of offensive jokes targeting gender preferences and race. Individuals with disabilities faced ridicule rather than support. - Mental health concerns were disregarded, with no policies in place to address them. employees taking mental health days were stigmatised and burdened with additional tasks on their off days. - Lack of awareness of POSH policies by the HR (who didn't have any formal education in Human resources or psychology), further highlighting the organisation's neglect of employee welfare. - Favouristism was rampant, with some employees receiving preferential treatment (to the extent that their salaries increased threefold within a year!), while others were marginalised and overburdened with work. The unrecognised contributions of these individuals were vital to the company's operations. - The top management fostered a toxic environment akin to a clique of "mean girls", engaging in degrading discussions and creating memes at the expense of their employees. Stones2Milestones was never a place where employees were valued or treated with respect. Instead, it was a toxic environment where exploitation and disregard for employee wellbeing were the norm. Sadly, it remains so even today....Read More

They don't support the women during maternity. I didn't get my last payment. Also, they fired me when I was rushed to the hospital before my delivery date. I sent an emergency medical leave mail to the Company as per the contract you will be granted a leave only if there is a medical emergency. They told that I terminated the contract by not informing the team about my trimester. The team members already knew my situation but unfortunately those team members had resigned from their jobs. The team takes its own decision. They don't listen to their employees working. Also, they were supposed to pay 7k but as a due they sent me the invoice of 1k but that too has not been sanctioned yet....Read More

Everything is set and planned.
Salary is according to your work load. You can't take a leave and if you want it so you have to submit a medical certificate and then you'll not eligible for your incentive that month.

When I joined tha time it was ok,but now it is the worst place to work in as we are expected to do sales, renewals, trials without pay. We are given sales targets and our managers push us to fulfil them.
It is difficult to cope up with ever changing policies and continuous pressure for sales. All policies are made in favour of the company and against the teachers.

* decent salary for 3-4 hours of teaching * Fun if you love teaching children * Flexible timings * Work from home
* toxic response of leaves. They literally never give a leave without a medical certificate * Bad responses towards the end because the company was almost shutting down due to loss * I got resignation letter after continuous pleading for one month *They don't give numbers to speak with. It's always through email

People here are supportive and the environment here is best ever, everyone is respected and acknowledged with their work and rewarded. If you want to learn some skills and grow in your career with stable income this is the best company.
Although work is great but there is a lot of it. So, almost 8-12 hours daily would be required here to give. There are some employees perks like insurance and other things are not here. Good thing that they are working on remote. 6 days work culture is not good.
Working S2M was great, there was a lot of work to do but there was a lot of fun to do. Every week would be new week with something new to learn and create. Regular team discussions included sharing of knowledge about how you doing things. 4.5/

No calling business as is common on other ed tech platforms. As a facilitator only task is to teach. Sales and other promotional requirements are met by other staff.
Early this year they dropped almost 70% of the work force. Payouts are meagre.
