They don't support the women during maternity. I didn't get my last payment. Also,they fired me when I was rushed to the hospital before my delivery date. I sent an emergency medical leave mail to the Company as per the contract you will be granted a leave only if there is a medical emergency. They told that I terminated the contract by not informing the team about my trimester. The team members already knew my situation but unfortunately those team members had resigned from their jobs. The team takes its own decision. They don't listen to their employees working. Also, they were supposed to pay 7k but as a due they sent me the invoice of 1k but that too has not been sanctioned yet....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
