Good place to work in the terms that what is expected of you is quite clear and guidance is readily available. As I have been here for more then 3 years work-life balance is valued. Never had an issue with receiving pay cheques on time. Supportive seniors & collogues.

Dislikes

The job is sales inclined and can get a bit challenging when the stock market is down. But it is a part of the game.

Nothing comes under the pros except the minimal salary that you get when you are working with Stock Axis.

*Management won't take any action on inconveniences or issues that you might face in the organization. *A lot of biases will be thrown if you are a fresher or if you have recently joined the organization. *No promotion or increment was given because management takes it all away. *Terrible work culture even HRs don't want to work with the firm *No career growth through the responsibilities handled over here. *Management is stubborn with the research and decisions made and is never ready to change when needed....Read More
