I've been working with stockaxis for 6 years, and I've truly enjoyed working here. I have received full support from the company in enhancing my knowledge about the equity market. The management always supported all the people working in this company. The work culture is good. I have no plan of leaving this company in the near future.

After completing a reward full 5 year journey gave confidence to me which was much need. I got the opportunity to learn the equity market from the basic with a good work culture very supportive team and team members. The incentive structure is good, and the hard work is also appreciated here. The Hybrid model is very much helpful for us to get the right balance in my life.

No dislike as such, the only can be that the Saturday working could have been alternate Saturday and not all Saturdays.

I have been with stockaxis for a year now, and it's been a really enjoyable journey. When I interviewed, the management was referring that 70-80% of the employees are more than 5 years old. Now I am realizing the same. Most importantly, my incentives are getting released on time which I have not experienced in my previous organisation. I was working with one of their close competitors. The best part is, that we have a monthly incentive structure and it gets released along with the monthly salary. Management has never rejected my leave or other requests. There is a learning curve, in the sense that you learn to never enter into firms like this. The position of relationship manager at stockaxis has no learning because they will ask you to clock certain number of hours and stick to the script they have preapred to sell their products/packages. They have good variable pay on basis of how many customers you bring in from selling their product.

I worked at Stockaxis full-time for about 4 months, after which I was "fired" because they felt that I was going for higher studies. When in real, I wanted to resign because of family-health personal reasons due to which I had to relocate back to my hometown. They did not pay me salary for the last month, did not give any resignation letter even after following up multiple times via call/email/office visit. I am now working at a very reputed firm and am very happy for whatever happened at the time.
