Point of improvement would be company currently has a policy of all Saturdays working though the timings are comparatively less than week days but if they adapt the option of alternate saturdays off that would be quite nice for the rejuvenation of the employees

After completing a reward full 5 year journey gave confidence to me which was much need. I got the opportunity to learn the equity market from the basic with a good work culture very supportive team and team members. The incentive structure is good, and the hard work is also appreciated here. The Hybrid model is very much helpful for us to get the right balance in my life.

Dislikes

No dislike as such, the only can be that the Saturday working could have been alternate Saturday and not all Saturdays.
