Stesalit is a good company for learning and skill development. The company well for fresher. I have traveled lots of place. Salary increment depend upon relationship with management.

Dislikes

The company not good for male employee. Most of the time I had work from outside. I had work 12 to 14 hours daily and Sunday also. To much politics in the office. Teammates system is very bad. Work environment is very bad. I was in GIS department but I worked for marketing, admin department also. Sometimes management cheating with junior employee<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Past year 2018 stesalit did not submit money to PF fund of every employee but same percent money debited from my salary</mark>. Stesalit not give all advance money for office tour expenses. I spent extra money for tour expenses from my salary. I have left the company but till my 40000/- due. Admin department not cooperate with employee. Behavior very bad. Work culture is very poor. Work Details

I was work as GIS senior executive. Mainly my duty was client management, technical support to team, data finalization, collaboration with marketing and admin department.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
