I joined this company on the 2nd of January 2023, after delaying my joining for about a year, I joined STL as System Engineer with almost 200 people. They provide the course material for Java Full Stack, But the Course material was the worst, and they never provided the training, Before I was told we will get to connect with our mentor and meet him 0ne-one, but he was always taking virtual sessions and he would never answer anything and would never provide the still, all the GET learn the course by self-studying and putting their all into learning, still, they didn't pass any of the GET they put all the GET in the PIP(Performance Improvement program) and gave a use case to complete in 21 days which was less time for the completion of the use case, and they also haven't provided any training for that kind of project they wanted all the GET to complete the use case and delivered the whole use case in 21 days. But still, people were able to deliver the use case. And still, all the batch got terminated. and the reason that was said is that you are not up to mark or we don't have any project and budget. They just wasted our whole carrier, and the life of 200 people, they have wasted the life of all 200 people.
