As this was my first experience in IT world . I found the team members are very helpful as well as Manager of mine is very caring too

Without any notice when they told me sorry you are doing great but we don't have requirement of this designation ,also I joined as an intern so they randomly put me in any team (they just put me in testing team I told them I'm interested in development more than testing that was worst thing )

I like sterling work cluture. But Job security is good But i am join 3rd party . Management are so well and good, Company policies are are good , But i did not job satisfaction Yes they supporting Covid-19.

I dislike sterling polices Empolyee Compay pay roll medical, Transpot with other benifit so well, But Non company pay roll benifit is very poor . Other then are very good

No like only partiality.. I honestly requesting MD of this organization. Pl shutdown CMS department of 13th floor. No use or benefits of this department. 4 people including boss in this department are wasting organization asset and terminating the employee who is thinking better for this organization.

Very bad management.. HR is not listning to the employee who is suffering by bad politics by the superior. I am requesting to God, allah and lord kindly take my revenge by giving punishment to Boss Mr. Narendra Tripathi, and colleagues Jamuwant Son awane , Vikas Patil and Karan Temgire. I lost my career and waste my life by joined this CMS department. God give me justice. And take my revange.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
