Once in school, you will realize that subject teachers are equally talented in so many other aspects apart from acing in their Subject School is progressive and with the permissions of CLs and HOS new techniques to teach can be experimented with. Since everyone is equally talented and capable, post promotionsn may not be easy or should not be expected.
