Good for freshers, but not for long duration, because there is very heavy workload ,You have to stretch your working hours, less holiday as per Indian calender

It's all about management if you are in a good team and have a considerate manager then you can stretch beyond and work.No good appraisal and other benefits ,No cab facility provided by company of you are out of boundaries.

Continuously getting spiltted Unsecured job due to company getting sold out Always uncertainly for promotion , increment,appraisal , Management always have feverisome for there fevered candidate Company get sold out 3 time in just 7 years.

Literally nothing, it is the worst company to work with, they want labourers free of cost but yes you will get to learn and hand holding is also good. Good place for freshers but you can't earn money in this company.

People working at State Street Syntel Services are a lot good, understanding, helping & professional people. I am glad that I met like this kind people & this people as my colleagues. There is a lot to learn here so much knowledge. Syntel is a university of Investment Banking as StateStreet the world's largest custodian is our client & we are working as a part of them. But apart from this there is no any reason to be here in this company at all. Good for freshers to work here for 2-3 years Max not more than that. I want to leave this company because the work life balance is so poor & salary-promotion is also very political & unhealthy. No working access provided properly also no good services of employee wellbeing. No chairs, desktops available for team. Laptops are also worst while working. IT dept is also slow in working. Here in Syntel HRgives importance to form filling activities more than your actual work production & deadlines. All though my experience is 50-50 here as I've seen the greatest & the worst time as well & I've stayed here in the worst as well but overall 3 Stars is what I can give this being an employee to this organisation....Read More
