It's been one year and 6 months I'm working with starcom media, & I think this is the place you will get a lot of opportunities to learn. People here are quite helpful.

Depends on which account you we working with.. there are few accounts which is challenging n you get to learn a lot.

Enormous scope for learning, with in minimum time we have to do so much work which helps to become a smart worker.

Dislikes

Work life is poor, not flexible timings. Because of heavy work sometimes we felt illness. On the job training not happening.

It was average experience in this company. There is a good scope for work to learn but being a fresher in this role I did not get proper training from seniors. So root was not enough to strong. Cons:No work life balance,flexible timings.
