Work Details

i was working 12 hours every day no day of ( it was not allowed ) , plus the work it was very far from the accommodation ( we were passing 3 hours in the road ) plus we had to wait the bus 30 minutes after the duty that means that we were working 16 hours

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
