There is no job security they just assure you, that your job will be secure, When you earn goods in years they will make you insecure with your job which make mentally unstable, and force your instrinc to search for a new job

Management and Principal, they doesn’t fit in that designation, incompatible in that postion, many miss management doesn’t have any knowledge, egoistic.

Not Productive nothing to learn, if you to stay here you have shake your head always yes to the management whatever they say, though its is wrong

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
