Likes

Not good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive but management not transparent.There is no salary hike and no bonus . There is nothing increasing environment.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is also not good and career growth s slow.

The job is not good , no learning things.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
