If there is negative review , i will give negative. They interview a person , make them join take all data. Then both the owners irritate so much and want business from day 1 . the candidate runs from this organization and his salary and expense gets on hold. They bring good people and want Business from start .

Dislikes

1)Average time is almost 3 weeks for a new person to leave. Extremely high attrition rate . Only those with low salary and nearby people are working here . 2)People from outstation don't even think to join here, as job security can change in an hour . 3) They want a person to travel across all India and get business from 3rd Day. No training , Nothing 4)No Travel advance is given ,The person travels in goodwill but doesn't get any reimbursement as he will be so much pressurized that he will leave and his TA DA and salary is not given . 5)Every one from every department, leaves due to their owners' behavior and attitude.Their unnecessary involvement in small things. 6)While joining you are told that policies are being made but no policy. You won't get to know which is Holiday , how many leaves you have No Leaves are there. No TA DA policy. 7) You need to travel around the country as the owner will pressurize you in 5 days of joining to go even there is no need but forget about TA DA advance 8)It's not even Lala company, it's worse than that. Advice to Management: If you are bringing some good people . Don't poke in every hour, Don't expect the result from Day one ....Read More
