Slavery culture. 3 month salary you need to pay while leaving the company. They will not give you back your all original certificate until you pay the full money. No respect at all. The monthly salary will not given on time. Some times you need to beg for monthly salary.

If any leave for republic day, independence day, Pongal, diwali - they compensate with working Sunday's 5. Some Sundays are working days for their own reasons. During conferences time, 3 to 7 days full night working day. 6. No proper instructions for working 7. No experienced head in any department 8. No work life balance 9. Low salary 10.
