They pay good amount for the post but if you want to get disturb mentally as well as if you are okay with lack of peace in life then you must go ahead.

Dislikes

Management is non supportive. They only support permanent staff and treat contractual staff as if they aren't a part of the organisation. They will take away peace from your life. Don't even have sense to speak.

The worst organization I have ever worked with. It does not give you appointment letter or experience certificate. The senior wing incharge scolds you, yells at you, never motivates you. The students are ill-mannered and the teachers are not supposed to take action against them. Rather, they will be suspended even if the students are at fault<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. The management will never take favor of the teachers</mark>. They ask you to submit some money on the name of the fund and will give you pathetic b'day gift and a dry fruit tray on diwali from that fund itself. If you tell them your problem , they will listen to you at first if there is something that they need you for and they will literally insult you and back out from their statements when their work is done. They never appreciates the teachers instead they will threaten you in multiple ways if you take a stand for yourself.
