Worst management! While seeking admission they demand 3 to 5 lakhs but when the salaries are to be given they want skilled and experienced teachers in just 20 k per month. I could not control my laughter on hearing the same. I was like they do not possess any humanity thus take advantage of the need of the needy people. Shame on such greedy people.

They pay good amount for the post but if you want to get disturb mentally as well as if you are okay with lack of peace in life then you must go ahead.

Management is non supportive. They only support permanent staff and treat contractual staff as if they aren't a part of the organisation. They will take away peace from your life. Don't even have sense to speak.

The worst organization I have ever worked with. It does not give you appointment letter or experience certificate. The senior wing incharge scolds you, yells at you, never motivates you. The students are ill-mannered and the teachers are not supposed to take action against them. Rather, they will be suspended even if the students are at fault. The management will never take favor of the teachers. They ask you to submit some money on the name of the fund and will give you pathetic b'day gift and a dry fruit tray on diwali from that fund itself. If you tell them your problem , they will listen to you at first if there is something that they need you for and they will literally insult you and back out from their statements when their work is done. They never appreciates the teachers instead they will threaten you in multiple ways if you take a stand for yourself. No facility. Even if they provide sthng, they will charge you and the teachers will be forced to give them money to get a b'day gift. IT IS NOT A GIFT BUT A RULE AND A WAY TO MAKE MONEY.

The principal has a unique ability to recognize each teachers' ability. She enhances the confidence of her employees. The thing that touched me was that she arranged English language classes for peons and other helper. She personally congratulates every teacher who has delivered results. She herself writes happy teachers day cards for each teacher.

Dislikes

There is nothing that I dislike in this temple of education.

I am unfortunate that due to poor health I could not continue there but those three years are still my treasure.
