The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning because the school was closed down due to pandemic, however as we walked through the pandemic phase I learnt many things at the job

St. George's College work culture is very good, very creative, organized very good work environment, company policy is also very good, school management is very strict about rules and regulations but teammates are very supportive and they are paying very good salary.

Sometimes School management is not understand anything about you.... Like management is leasing nonsense things about your self from fourth class staff... and asking explanation about your self without any proof.

The job in St. George's college quite very interesting no one is interfere unnecessary, I learn many things and I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different types roles within the same team.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
