Attitude problem with director, the more you butter to administration the more you gonna grow. Every teacher is leaving job from there as they harass them mentally and by burdening them.

Very pathetic work culture no personal growth and balance.The management doesn’t value the employees personal or professional life. Severe work place harassment and torture.The management changes service rules as per their convenience. Throws the employees during the notice without paying them the compensation.
