Probably the first institution where I have experienced, management working hard to reduce the workload, incorporating a structured mechanism in place. So that the duplication of work can be avoided. People are working here for so long which evidently indicates the job security. Even though it is a Christian Institution, they don'thave any religious restrictions. Hence, faculties and staffs keep celebrating different occasions. No wonder, this practice is truly a stress buster. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
