There's nothing to like about in school but some of the teachers are very friendly.

Dislikes

No Management process No value of teachers advice More Depends only on there coordinators there no value of teachers and their work or efforts.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
