Independent decision making was the most important factor in my job a academic coordinator. My Work was appreciated and acknowledged by the director of the school. Overall a very healthy and beneficial experience in my career.

Everything was positive but due to lack of monitory funds and staff sometimes work pressure was there.

Work Details

Excellent values were given to the children with individual attention which made my work more near to the children and their studies. This gave me a lot of motivation. In near future I would like to work again in this institution if God makes the way for
