There is no process followed , non working timing , there are policies but it is not followed at all. There is no job security and management harassed the employee also used abusive and taunting language. Management just physically and mentally harassed the employee. No salary on time no incentive at all. They only see his profit not employee benefit. No team work. There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issue. There is no career growth. There is bond of 1 year before you cannot resign if you resign you have to pay your salary , on the job training is not given to new joinees, management play with your emotion, feeling and play diplomatic with you , they create such a environment that you feel to commit a suicide....Read More
