You dont know when you will be terminated. During corona period, Principal Ratnakar send whatsapp message stating " Management is not willing to continue Your services", and terminated many people. They want only local people. If you are far off including Vijayawada, they wont like it. They go to places like Tamil Nadu to recruit people, so that many dont know about the college. Other state people, beware, your stay here is not guranteed. Secondly, the management interference in each and every activity is terrible. Even if a workshop, the so called chairman presides over. He used to come late and spoil the schedule. They use April to threaten faculties, who are having higher salary. Stay away from this college....Read More

The problem the middle level management showing partiality towards employees. The middle level management does not encourage the Y employees.. Most of the Y employees moving to another organisation due to this reason.

Working at Sri Vasavi Engineering College is Cool and HOD of CSE Is excellent in managing all the responsibilities of individuals. We have our freedom in choosing the selected subjects every semester,we have good work environment.

Here performance appraisals are not going on genuinely The words of management are skipped at most cases during every year increment. New joiners are getting more pay than who work for long time in the same college Some kind of partiality is also their in this college If management try to balance these issues the college will be in Top 10 list
