Nothing. Working environment should be good for all workers to give their 100% input. But in ssrvm it's really worst, no value for hard work and being truthful and loyal. Too much of politics and extremely parents oriented school.....many left in mass and now also leaving........i would never recommend this school for working specially bcoz of principal........worst lady

It’s a women oriented organisation driven by women Directors. Secondly, Annual days are well organised.

Too much internal cheap politics where Administration staff also plays huge role.Some seniors are very non co- operative and they discriminate on the basis of language, background etc.and how much oiling you can do instead focusing on team work for betterment of the organisation, actually they are ruining the Organisation.

Way of working is not good and to much of work load.just they show that they follow guruji Sri Sri Ravishankar but in actual they don't. As per their rules they told us 3rd Saturday will be holiday but purposely they ask us to work on all Saturday.
