Academic freedom to reach, research and doing whatever people are at. Achievements grow higher at every segments.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

Only documentation work happens. No proper teaching, no research with increasing documentation and imbalance in management. Strained financial dept with complex financial workflow. People can't do whatever they are good at.
